Chapter Life Membership may be conferred on a member to recognize outstanding accomplishments and contributions to a chapter. When an HFMA member is good standing retires, the chapter with which the member has been affiliated may recommend that Chapter Life Membership be awarded to him/her. Conferral of Chapter Life Membership requires the approval of the HFMA National Board of Directors. Six members of the Kentucky chapter have been awarded Chapter Life Membership. They are:
